the other night, for old time's sake, i was watching wallace and gromit in the wrong trousers.

it made me laugh when wallace said, "no use prevaricating about the bush."

about an hour later, i was watching the news. tony blair was giving a speech about bush's push for an attack on iraq.

it made me laugh when blair said that there should be "no prevaricating" about the matter.

evidently bushes and prevaricating do not mix.

i hope this doesn't seem obscenely facetious, but i was just wondering what ameli� would do if she was let loose to wreak revenge on certain world leaders.

i think even peaceniks could get behind a plan to replace known terrorists' toothpaste tubes with those containing foot cream. a few switched doorknobs and rigged lamp plugs might level the playing field a bit. it would certainly reduce military spending.
