as friday was the last work day before halloween, i donned my 2004 costume and arrived at the office as paris hilton.

while i was teased by tv zero that my IQ had dropped about 50 points when i put on the blonde wig and trendy pink coordinates (to which i had to retort, "only 50?!"), overall the reaction was positive.

when i left the building for lunch, i was amazed at how much attention a blindingly blonde wig can garner. it was tough to take it off at the end of the day, i tell you what. i was bummed to have to go back to my short-haired self.

i think i'm going to have a mild case of post-paris depression.
