i saw moulin rouge for the second time, and was just as knocked out as before. i even misted up more this time. the story couldn't be simpler, but i ate it up. the toulouse lautrec-esque can-can scenes are simply gorgeous and ewan couldn't be more charming with that idiotic grin. co-writer/director baz luhrmann is a creative genius!

i've been listening to ewan mcgregor's version of elton john's "your song" over and over and over again. i wonder if that could cause any kind of brain damage.

boy, the human body can really be stinky sometimes. so many smells from so many places. it's a wonder we find each other sexually attractive...although smell plays a part in that as well, of course.
