corduroy licorice jumped to conclusions. he just got tired of walking there like other people did. conclusions had been quite a hot dance club in the late 80s. they still served the umbrella drinks corduroy liked. those suckers were just the thing to quench a thirst after a long jump.

when torrez loaned me his copy of ben folds five's the unauthorized biography of reinhold messner album, i wasn't that knocked out. but then i kept seeing the name mentioned on people's sites and then came across it in the used bin at the record store and thought, "there must be something i'm missing. gots to look into that." so i did, and i'm glad. darn good album. so many different sounds and moods. all of it really well-produced. total musical journey action. you will like.
