man, this election has put me through the wringer. i fell asleep on the couch and woke up to hear that bush won. i fell asleep on my bed a bit later and woke up at 3 a.m. to hear "recount." i'm afraid to fall asleep again.

if i hear the phrase "too close to call" one more time, i'm gonna send a mandate to the people.

my mom said she didn't vote for gore because: "who knows what that tree-hugger might do?" whaaaaaa-?

but mom, who knows what a doddering idiot might do?
